 Jennifer Schroer, Registered Nurse from AmericaI had been travelling around the US for 6 years and decided to “go international”. A friend of mine, that had started the process with me, found Accent on line and suddenly there was a light at the end of a tunnel. I talked to Helen for the first time, and breathed a sigh of relief. I could tell she wanted to help me get the process rolling and wanted me to succeed in the process of “going international”.
The Licensure Department was giving me a lot of grief with my application process and Helen offered to act on my behalf and see if there was anything she could do to help the process along. I tease Helen that she has a website for EVERYTHING. Not a day went by that I didn’t email her asking her about something and either she answered it specifically or sent me an email address to help me get more information.
She was there with me the whole way through. Put me in contact with people or websites to help me with everything from finding a place to live, to transferring money and setting up a bank account.
It was unbelievable how as soon as I signed on with Accent things just started to fall in place. After I got my licensure from NZ, I was off to an interview in just a few days. They introduced me to Simon from E- Migration who helped me get my work visa in one day from the day I mailed it out!!! And it didn’t stop there.
Helen picked me up at the airport when I arrived in NZ and took me to my hotel. Since here we have met for lunch, and she has emailed me and called me to check up on me…. She made me feel like I had someone to lean on in a place where I was all-alone. I wasn’t alone because of Helen!
Without Helen and the other accent employees I don’t know if this dream of mine would have come true. The whole staff is there with open arms to help. I love when I call and they already know who I am just by saying my name, even if I have never spoken to them before. Each employee is involved somehow with your “case”. The Accent employees care about what they are doing and want you to get the best experience you can. They are experienced and dedicated, what more could you ask for.
